The Grain d'orge gîte is independent and offers you a very pleasant private outdoor space: large terrace with its living room under a patio to fully enjoy your evenings.

The Grain de Lin gîte is a 72 m2 accommodation with three bedrooms.

It will be the subject of work and will not be available from January to March: the bathroom will be modified to have a large 80x140 shower with ultra-flat tray / teak bathroom cabinet with its stone washbasin / wall-hung WC / Change of the floor of the living room / change of radiators /

Makeover and home staging on the program at the start of 2022 for this accommodation!

On the ground floor, a living room of 30M2 with open and equipped kitchen, a lounge area. A  bathroom with 80x80 shower, sink, washing machine and hairdryer and a separate WC.

A bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and storage, also on the ground floor.

The other two bedrooms are upstairs and are each equipped with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and storage space. 

One of the upstairs bedrooms can be transformed to have a King Size bed of 180x190 (on request before your arrival)

The whole accommodation is equipped with electric heating.

At the entrance to the gîte, outside, there is a terrace with table, chairs, parasol, garden furniture with a small sofa and two armchairs, not to mention a charcoal barbecue.

Our prices include: water, electricity and heating / Ecolabels household products (washing up liquid, floor product, bathroom product and toilet cleaner) / "yellow" bags for selective sorting ( you will also have a special compost bin available).

Animals are not allowed: our hens, rooster and ducks are in semi-freedom and cohabitation is not possible.
